International scout for the MLS club, covering Scandinavia. The work: evaluate players in context, and write reports that support decisions.

Team milestones during this period
These are team results. They belong to the players and the whole staff.
Analysis built around one cycle, the Analysis Circle: Plan → Observe → Analyze → Feedback. The aim was always to turn analysis into tactical behaviour, working with coaches and players across camps and matchdays.
International opposition during this period included Germany, Croatia, Ukraine, Iceland, Italy, Belgium and Poland.
