I've been an assistant at a CONCACAF Gold Cup semi-final, Head Coach of a national U20 programme, FIFA TDS Project Lead, and an evaluator inside an MLS champion's recruitment operation — all within the last four years.

Before that, Finland's national team, AIK, and club environments across Scandinavia. I've worked in five national football systems and I know what transfers between them — and what doesn't.
